- Develop, edit, update and maintain online help and documentation, including:
- Help for desktop and Web-based applications
- Standard and context-sensitive help topics
- WinHelp
- HTML-Help ("CHuM" files)
- WebHelp
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, custom document templates.
- All major Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
- Provide consistent look and feel
- Custom styles, toolbars, menus, and macros fit client needs
- Reduce time-on-task
