Design and develop various training courses and materials, including traditional and eLearning solutions. Tailor training to audience and to corporate culture. Help client to communicate need for training and establish company-wide buy-in.
- Use a systems approach to design and develop instruction.
- Conduct thorough analyses.
- Analyze instructional needs.
- Analyze audience demographics and existing knowledge and attitudes toward the material.
- Determine training solution, if appropriate.
- Present alternative solutions when training is not the answer.
- Work with client to determine desired objectives and outcomes.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other research to identify required tasks and behaviors.
- Determine instructional strategies.
- Design learning solutions targeted to client needs based on Adult Learning principles.
