Administrator's Guide

Administrator's Guide Thumbnail Image

This Administrator's Guide is part of a documentation suite developed for an IRC-based enterprise chat application. The intended audience is an IT system administrator, so it is more technical than a user guide for a typical end-user.

The Administrator's Guide provides an overview of the software architecture and explains how to configure and maintain the components and users. It was written in FrameMaker and then output to PDF via Acrobat Distiller, for inclusion on the application CD.
