Technical Writing

Develop, edit, update, and maintain a variety of technical documentation, both hard-copy and online. Excellent command of grammar and spelling. Able to write for different audiences, from engineers and developers to end-users.

Developer's Guide

This Developer's Guide is part of the documentation suite developed for an IRC-based enterprise chat application. It introduces the application's software development kit (SDK). The intended audience is primarily software developers familiar with Delphi or Visual Basic 6 and COM add-in development.

The Developer's Guide provides an overview of the SDK, explains how to create structured input-output panels (SIOPs) for the software, and introduces the API, which is detailed in the API Reference Guide. It was written in FrameMaker and then output to PDF via Acrobat Distiller, for inclusion on the application CD.
