User's Guide (Customer-Facing)

This User's Guide is part of a documentation suite developed for an IRC-based enterprise chat application. The intended audience is an end-user of the corporate chat software.

The User's Guide provides an overview of the software and explains how to use the various features. It was written in FrameMaker and then output to PDF via Acrobat Distiller, for inclusion on the application CD.
