This is a test plan for an extensive Web site redesign for a large organization. Not only did they change the design and layout of the site, they also changed the underlying content management system, information architecture and content strategy.

Testing for the project was under a lot of constraints. The ST/QA department was small, the budget was tight, and development ran long so testing time was cut. To adjust for the constraints, the test plan calls for a narrow focus on critical quality risks. The plan was written in Microsoft Word.
