This instructor guide uses the even-numbered pages for displaying detailed instructor notes, including thumbnails of any corresponding PowerPoint slides. This was a collaborative effort.

I did not write the main content but I entered the SME revisions and added the instructor notes. The primary audience for this guide was the course instructor. The document was written in Word and the notes were created using Word's Hidden Text feature. The same guide, with the notes hidden, was used for participants (and the blank page provided a space for the participants to take notes of their own.
